We rent out 15 pitches in total so it’s pretty quiet even at busy times (8 with electric and 7 without). We have plenty of facilities for the size of the site which includes two modern shower rooms with toilets and sink along with a further 2 toilets and a family shower room and don’t forget the OUTDOOR SHOWER with a view with hot and cold water. We also have a dishwashing area with hot and cold water, we also have a freezer and small fridge available to use.
We have a lovely main camping field that’s surrounded by trees and pitches running up the bank up to the main field with amazing views. We have a small reception shop on site selling ice cream, drinks and random little goodies.
We are located in a little village called Ynys, a few mile outside of Harlech.
We do get cut off by the sea on a monthly basis. Tide times can be found on site and we will let you know if the tide is high and the road is closed off although this is not usually for long, about an hour or so depending on its height.
Pitch Prices and Information:
Our pitch prices include: 2 x guests and up to 3 x dogs, with any sort of awnings/canopy/gazebo which fits on your pitch around 10 meters. We only allow 1 x sleeping unit per pitch e.g. 1 x campervan/caravan/motorhome, 1 x tent.
Children over 3 will be charged £1 a night and any extra adults will pay £7 a night, these can be added when you go through the online booking system.
The maximum number per pitch is 5 (or max. 4 adults), unless agreed by owners, we do have limited facilities and we keep a close eye on the total number of people on site.
Fire Pit Hire: you can hire a fire pit that you can keep for the duration of your stay with us for £10.00 which includes: fire lighters/kindling/logs. Additional bags of logs can be purchased for £8 a bag.
Day Visitors: will need to be agreed with the owners and a payment of £10 per vehicle – please book visitors in the shop.
Single Traveller PITCH 6: we have an allocated non-electric pitch for single travellers (Pitch 6) for £20 a night (April/May/June/September) £25 a night (July/August).

Single Traveller PITCH 6: Non-Electric pitch for single travellers (Pitch 6) for £20 a night (April/May/June/September) £25 a night (July/August). Suitable for campervans under 6 meters and most tents/tent boxes.
Dog Friendly: We are very dog friendly on site and we have a dedicated dog wash with hot water and shampoo, but we are a very small site so if your dog is reactive towards other dogs/people this might not be the right site for you. Well socialised dogs are welcome on site. Please be aware that we have livestock sheep and cattle in fields directly by the site and sheep are also on the estuary, if your dog is reactive to livestock then we would not be a suitable site for you.
NO GROUND FIRES – Fire pits are available to hire and if you use your own, please place on the slab provided on your pitch.
The camping field is subject to the elements. We are a beautiful coastal site, and with that beauty comes the expected challenges. Plus we have the extra element of the tide, Keep an eye on the weather and pack accordingly and click here to find the tide times before coming onto site.

Welcome to the smallest shop in Wales, mind your head ……!!
We have loads of local information from bus and train timetables, coastal walk to Harlech, costal walk to the PUB along with recommended places to eat locally and lots of local tourist attractions.
We try to stock some essentials like milk, tea/coffee/sugar/chocolates, crisps, Marshmallows with sticks, cold drinks etc. We also stock some locally made Ice Cream (Chilly Cow) in a variety of flavours. Also available in the shop are items such as Citronella Incense Sticks and candles, waterproofing spray, chemicals for the toilet, guy ropes, torches.
For payments (Cash or Card), we also have some local information available to included local places to eat, coastal path map to Harlech, local bus and train timetables. You can also hire a fire-pit for your stay with us !
Pop to see us in the reception from 4:00pm on the day you arrive to pay for your pitch and ask for any information.
We have four toilets on site (unisex).

Situated in the main field, end of the facilities building and outside reception/shop.
General and Recycling Bins, Chemical Waste Disposal, Gray Waste Disposal Point and Dog Poo Bins.
